By registering your child for football coaching with Technical Edge Coaching Academy, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and effective coaching environment for all participants.

 

1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of football coaching services provided by Technical Edge Coaching Academy. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

2. Services Provided

 

Technical Edge Coaching Academy offers football coaching services to children aged 3 to 16. Our programs include individual training sessions, group coaching, and football matches to help participants develop their skills and understanding of the game.

 

3. Registration and Enrollment

 

To participate in coaching sessions, parents or guardians must complete the booking form, including personal details, emergency contact information, and medical history.

 

4. Parental Consent and Responsibilities

 

By registering your child, you confirm that:

 • You have provided accurate medical and emergency contact information.

 • You have given your consent for your child to participate in football coaching.

 • You will ensure that your child arrives on time and dressed appropriately for coaching sessions.

 • You will inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other issues that could affect your child’s participation in football sessions.

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

All participants are expected to:

 • Be respectful and supportive of coaches, teammates, and other participants.

 • Follow instructions and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.

 • Abide by the rules and regulations of Technical Edge Coaching Academy during all coaching sessions and events.

 

Any participant who displays disruptive or unsafe behavior may be suspended or removed from sessions.

 

6. Safety and Supervision

 

Coaching sessions are supervised by certified football coaches. We adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants. In the event of an injury or emergency, the coach will follow the appropriate emergency procedures, and you will be contacted immediately.

 

7. Payment Terms

 • Payment is due at the time of registration and must be completed before any coaching session can take place.

 • If a session is canceled by Technical Edge Coaching Academy (e.g., due to weather), we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session.

 • If you wish to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

 

8. Liability and Insurance

 

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your child during coaching sessions, Technical Edge Coaching Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation. We recommend that all participants have personal accident insurance. By agreeing to these terms, you release Technical Edge Coaching Academy, its coaches, and staff from any liability arising from injury or accident during coaching sessions.

 

9. Photo and Video Consent

 

From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional or educational purposes. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the use of your child’s image in marketing materials. If you do not wish your child to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in writing.

 

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.

 • If Technical Edge Coaching Academy cancels a session (due to inclement weather or other reasons), you will be offered a refund or an alternative session.

 

11. Privacy and Data Protection

 

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected during the registration process will be securely stored and used solely for coaching-related purposes. 12. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
